the attached init-script is used in our Fedora Prelude-lml package.

We don't have a policy to include initscripts for the various Prelude daemon within the distribution: this is more of a per distribution packaging work.

However, if someone commit to making working scripts for various common distribution, it would be a great addition. Closing this ticket for now.
