Fix a few typos, and use the same type or end-of-lines (do not use
mixed mode for CR and CR/LF).
This closes #219

Thanks for the contribution!

The ruleset has been checked in the SVN repository as part of r9395.
A few correction were made in r9396.

The ruleset will be part of the upcoming Prelude-LML release. In the meantime,
this ticket will remain open and assigned to Gene for further ruleset validation.

I've reviewed the rules file, looks fine.
I've corrected a few typos, and removed the white space garbage (the file was in mixed CR and CRLF mode).
I'm attaching the new file.
